Who has started aggression in Europe? Ukraine or Russia? Real facts

Real facts show that it has been intentionally initiated and unleashed by Ukraine.

        1.Unprovocked massive armed aggression has been started by Ukraine against Donbass since April 14, 2014 (in accordance with the Decree # 405/2014 signed by Ukrainian President ad interim and the Speaker of the Parliament  Oleksandr Turchynov (the Decree is attached in Annex in three languages). That time Donbass war a part of Ukraine in the form of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts or Regions.

The pretext described by Kiev to begin such action was: “to disrupt terrorist acts by Donbass against Ukraine”. However, it was not true. Population of Donbass never committed such acts against Ukraine. By now, nobody has tabled such facts.

What is more important that Donbass has never crossed its administrative border with Ukraine since 2014 till today. In 2014 Donbass freedom fighters possessed only six AK-47 Kalashnikov assault rifles.

       2. Russia has helped Donbass to repel Ukrainian aggression only nearly eight years later – since February 24, 2022 with the aim to stop the Ukrainian policy of genocide against population of Donbass where 14,000 civilians have been killed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine that have used heavy weapons.

In his Address to the People of Ukraine made on April 13, 2014 Acting President, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that: «The National Security and Defense Council made a decision to initiate a large-scale anti-terrorist operation involving the Armed Forces of Ukraine».

Food for thought:

Why, on one hand, the USA, Russia and many neutral nations are demanding to end Ukrainian aggression in Europe and to prevent the WW3, and, on the other hand, a small number of NATO and the EU members are seeking the opposite option?

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE No. 405/2014

 

On the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated April 13, 2014 «On urgent measures to overcome the terrorist threat and preserve the territorial integrity of Ukraine»

In accordance with Articles 107 and 112 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decree:

1. To put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated April 13, 2014 «On urgent measures to overcome the terrorist threat and preserve the territorial integrity of Ukraine» (attached, secretly).

2. Control over the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, put into effect by this Decree, is entrusted to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its publication.

Про рішення Ради національної безпеки і оборони України від 13 квітня 2014 року «Про невідкладні заходи щодо подолання терористичної загрози і збереження територіальної цілісності України»

Відповідно до статей 107 та 112 Конституції України постановляю:

1. Увести в дію рішення Ради національної безпеки і оборони України від 13 квітня 2014 року «Про невідкладні заходи щодо подолання терористичної загрози і збереження територіальної цілісності України» (додається, таємно).

2. Контроль за виконанням рішення Ради національної безпеки і оборони України, введеного в дію цим Указом, покласти на Секретаря Ради національної безпеки і оборони України.

3. Цей Указ набирає чинності з дня його опублікування.

 О решении Совета национальной безопасности и обороны Украины от 13 апреля 2014 года «О неотложных мерах по преодолению террористической угрозы и сохранению территориальной целостности Украины»

В соответствии со статьями 107 и 112 Конституции Украины постановляю:

1. Ввести в действие решение Совета национальной безопасности и обороны Украины от 13 апреля 2014 года «О неотложных мерах по преодолению террористической угрозы и сохранению территориальной целостности Украины» (прилагается, тайно).

2. Контроль за выполнением решения Совета национальной безопасности и обороны Украины, введенного в действие настоящим Указом, возложить на Секретаря Совета национальной безопасности и обороны Украины.

3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его опубликования.
