1. Zelensky once again created provocation. Now in Kramatorsk
In his tweet posted April 8th he claimed that Russia fired “Tochka-U” ballistic missile on a group of people assembled at the railway station in Kramatorsk (see attached two PPT slides). As the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zelensky should have known that Russia:
1) does NOT have such missiles in Ukraine;
2) does NOT have them at all in its Armed Forces, because they are too old and decommissioned in the Russian Army a long time ago;
3) Russia observes the international ban on cluster munitions like “Tochka-U” and others.
By proliferating such faked information Zelensky once again has exposed himself as a liar, and as a person who tries to cover up war crimes committed versus Ukrainian people by his own “army”.
It has been established that the missile has been fired by a Ukrainian missile unit from Dobropolie located 45 km from Kramatorsk. The aim of attack was to frighten local citizens and disrupt their intention to escape from that place where they have been constantly used as a “human shield” by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and ultra-national battalions.
2. Ukraine does not observe a ceasefire inside humanitarian corridors
The Russian Federation, guided exclusively by the principles of international humanitarian law, continues large-scale measures to provide comprehensive assistance to the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as to the population in the liberated territories of Ukraine.
Every day from 10:00AM (Moscow time), the Russian Armed Forces provide humanitarian routes in the Kharkov and Mariupol directions, as well as in response to the humanitarian initiatives of Germany, Turkey and France to evacuate civilians and foreign citizens from Mariupol, they open additional humanitarian corridors. In addition, if necessary, the Russian side is ready to deploy humanitarian corridors in any direction as soon as possible and ensure the safe evacuation of civilians.
The Ukrainian side has announced 10 humanitarian corridors in the Zaporozhye and Donetsk directions for the current day, none of them in the direction of the Russian Federation.
The Armed Forces of Russia, as well as the formations of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, strictly observe the ceasefire on all routes, including those declared by the Ukrainian side.
By means of objective control, including the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, random shelling of humanitarian corridors by neo-Nazis from various small arms and mortars is recorded daily, while since April 4, 2022, the intensity of such shelling has been constantly increasing.
At the same time, the statement of the official representative of the French government, G. Attal, about the alleged lack of approval from Russia for the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol, which is completely incomprehensible. Such statements are strikingly absurd as the Russian side, in accordance with humanitarian initiatives of France from 31 March 2022 and Germany and Turkey from 1 and 2 April 2022, respectively, opens daily humanitarian corridors and ensures all requirements to observe the ceasefire on the route from Mariupol to Zaporozhye (with an intermediate crossing point in Berdyansk) as communicated in advance in statements of the Russian Federation Joint Coordination Staff for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.
Representatives of embassies of foreign states, relevant structures of the UN, OSCE, International Committee of the Red Cross and other international organizations located on the territory of Ukraine are notified about the planned humanitarian operation in accordance with the established procedure through all available information resources, including Ukrainian mass media.
In its turn, the Ukrainian side has never confirmed the guarantees of the security of this humanitarian corridor and deliberately hinders the implementation of these initiatives.
Taking into account the above, we call on officials of interested foreign states to refrain from such unfounded statements and focus on real practical work to achieve progress in resolving humanitarian issues in Ukraine. We count on the continued support of Germany, Turkey and France in this direction, and we hope that the representatives of these countries, using their authority, will be able to influence the representatives of the Kiev authorities in fulfilling their humanitarian obligations to the people of Ukraine.
The Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, in cooperation with the authorized federal executive authorities, continues to carefully record facts of the inhumane attitude of the Kiev authorities to civilians.
Here are some of them for the past day:
in the Kharkov region, at checkpoints located at the exits from the settlements of Dergachi and Slatino, the Ukrainian nationalist battalions fired at cars with civilians who were independently trying to leave in the direction of the Russian Federation, there are wounded. It should be noted that it is possible to leave the blocked settlements controlled by the Ukrainian military only with the help of "guides" from among local residents who have joined the ranks of territorial defence, who for 100-200 US dollars per person provide unhindered passage through checkpoints;
In Kharkov, in the residential quarters of the Shevchenko and Kholodnogorsk districts, neo-Nazis carried out ruthless "intimidation actions" with the use of mortars during a period when residents are allowed to leave their homes to buy food and basic necessities. As a result of the random shelling, there are wounded.
These facts once again demonstrate the inhumane attitude and indifference of the Kiev authorities to the fate of their own citizens and indicate complete disregard for all norms of international humanitarian law.
Despite all the difficulties and obstacles created by Kiev, over the past day, without the participation of the Ukrainian authorities, 18,137 people were evacuated to Russia from dangerous areas of Ukraine, Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, 2,812 of them children, and in total 658,146 people have been evacuated to Russia since the beginning of the special military operation, of which 128,350 – children.
The state border of the Russian Federation was crossed by 84,060 units of personal vehicles, of which 2,918 per day.
From Mariupol through the humanitarian corridor in the eastern direction, without any participation of the Ukrainian side, 132,182 people have already been rescued from the lawlessness organized by the nationalists, including 2,165 people over the past day.
A significant part of the population forcibly held by radicals in Ukrainian cities is still looking for any opportunities for evacuation to Russia, as evidenced by numerous requests of citizens through various channels to official structures and public organizations of the Russian Federation.
Over the past day, another 1,218 such requests have been received, and in total there are already 2,741,781 of them in the database from 2,126 settlements in Ukraine.
Ukrainian nationalists continue to hold 6,444 foreign citizens from 15 countries hostage as a "human shield".
From February 24th till April 7th , 2022 the Armed Forces of Ukraine killed 8 civilians and wounded 13 in the LPR, and 49 killed and 1125 wounded in the DPR by using heavy artillery, mortars and ”Tochka-U” fitted with cluster munitions. The investigation is underway.
3. Distribution of humanitarian aid
In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, more than 9.5 thousand temporary accommodation facilities for Ukrainian refugees continue to operate, which are equipped with everything necessary, they provide places for rest and hot meals. Individual work is carried out with arriving refugees, they are provided with qualified medical and psychological assistance. There are enough buses at the checkpoints to transport people to their chosen places of residence or to temporary accommodation.
The federal executive authorities, together with the subjects of the Russian Federation, various public organizations and patriotic movements, continue to accumulate humanitarian aid.
Over 22.5 thousand tons of food, medicines and basic necessities have been prepared at the collection centers.
Since March 2, the Russian Federation has already delivered 9,521.3 tons of humanitarian supplies to Ukraine, 767 humanitarian actions have been carried out, including seven in the Donetsk, Lugansk people's republics, Kharkov and Kherson regions over the past day, during which 850 tons of basic necessities, medicines and food were transferred to the civilian population.
On April 7, 2022, 11 humanitarian actions are being held in the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, Kharkov and Kherson regions, during which 407 tons of basic necessities and food are being transferred to the population.
4. Kiev still contains dozens foreign vessels in its Black Sea ports
The Ukrainian side continues to block more than 60 foreign vessels in its ports. The threat of shelling and high mine danger created by official Kiev in its internal waters and territorial sea do not allow ships to safely go to the open sea. This was confirmed by the shelling on April 5, 2022 by the AFU units of the Turkish merchant ship Azburg blocked in the port of Mariupol with a Ukrainian crew on board.
The Russian Armed Forces open a humanitarian corridor daily from 08:00AM to 19:00 (Moscow time), which is a safe lane in the south-west direction from the territorial sea of Ukraine with a length of 80 and a width of 3 nautical miles.
Information on the functioning of the maritime humanitarian corridor is broadcast around the clock via VHF radio (on 14 and 16 international channels in English and Russian every 15 minutes).
At the same time, the Ukrainian side does not confirm its readiness to ensure the safety of the exit of foreign vessels to the assembly area and in every possible way evades interaction with the International Maritime Organization to resolve this issue, continuing to use vessels and crews blocked in their ports as a "human shield".
Once again, Russia calls on the International Maritime Organization and the management of shipowner's companies to influence official Kiev to take measures aimed at unblocking and ensuring the safety of the exit of foreign vessels from the ports of Ukraine.
5. Developments on the battlefield
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.
High-precision air-based missiles in Donetsk Region have destroyed weapons and military equipment of the Ukrainian military reserves arriving in Donbass at Pokrovsk, Slavyansk and Barvenkovo railway stations.
High-precision missiles of Bastion coastal missile system have destroyed the Foreign Mercenary Collection and Training Centre near Krasnoselka, northeast of Odessa.
Russian air defence means shot down 2 Ukrainian military helicopters in the air: Mi-8 and Mi-24 near Staraya Zbur'evka, as well as 5 unmanned aerial vehicles, including 2 Bayraktar TB-2 near Krivoi Rog.
Operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces hit 81 military assets of Ukraine.
Among them: 2 command posts, 1 Osa anti-aircraft missile launcher, 3 multiple rocket launchers, as well as 9 strong points and 59 areas of Ukrainian military equipment concentration.
From February 24th, 2022, totally 125 combat aircraft and 97 helicopters, 421 unmanned aerial vehicles, 228 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,019 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 223 multiple launch rocket systems, 874 field artillery and mortars, as well as 1,917 special military vehicles were destroyed during the operation.
6. Kiev will kill the U.S. intelligence officers by the U.S. request
According to a reliable information, there are two U.S. VIP intelligence officers in the besieged Mariupol supplying professional advices to Ukrainian national battalion “Azov”, allegedly still having 3.000 men inside huge “Azovstal” industrial area. These two high-caliber officers have arrived under the cover of the private military group “Academi” known before 2011 as “Blackwater”.
Several attempts to save them have failed. Kiev received an “advice and consent” from their chieftains to eliminate these gentlemen working under cover. Washington is afraid that they might be captured and arrested by the Russian and Donbass sides, and reveal to them very sensitive information concerning clandestine subversive U.S. activity in other countries.
Six helicopters that have been sent to rescue Azov” warlords have been knocked down by American AAD “Stinger” MANPADs captured by Donbass freedom fighters as a trophy.
At the same time Russian AF have destroyed a foreign mercenaries training camp situated near Odessa. There is no verified information about the casualties.
