No russian drones in Poland. But what for is such base noice?

Poland said on September 10th, 2025 that allegedly multiple Russian drones entered its territory and were shot down with help from NATO allies, describing the incursion as an “act of aggression” made by Russia.

Real facts, not gossips

Russian MoD made a statement September 10th, 2025 where it denied that any Russian drones entering Polish airspace. The MoD said that Russian drones have max flying distances 700 km, and therefore they cannot cross Ukraine airspace and appear in Poland. Russian MoD also added that Russian Armed Forces have not planned to send any such drones to Poland. All Russian UAVs that have been directed to hit Ukrainian targets from September 9-10th have successfully managed to destroy them, and no one has ever diverted from the preplanned course.

Russian Charge d'Affairs in Poland Andrei Ordash who has been summoned to the Polish MFA on September 10th, announced on TV that Polish diplomats failed to provide him with proof that they have been Russian UAVs.

All these drones attributed to Russia did not have any HE warheads. Polish authorities failed to prove that they had such warheads.

Russian MoD and MFA also have proposed to conduct consultations with Warsaw on that episode, but Poland and Kiev have rejected such proposal. Why?

What are the reasons for inventing such faked news?

  • To justify to get more arms for NATO to be used against Russia, and to increase NATO military budget.
  • To supply more NATO-made ABM/AAD systems to Ukraine and Poland.
  • To deploy more NATO TNW capable aircraft close to Russia and Belarus.
  • To drag the U.S. President Donald Trump to join the ‘Coalition of the Willing’ against Russia.
  • To prevent Donald Trump to tackle drafting of the newest START after the New START will expire next February.
  • To create obstacles on the way to improve relations between the USA and Russia that have become better after the U.S.-Russia Alaska Summit.
  • To create highly negative image of Russia amongst NATO allies and on the global scale.
  • To tight such ‘drone case’ with the regular Russian-Belarussian military drills codenamed “West-2025”.
  • To lift up popularity of the ex-president Vladimir Zelensky rolling down to zero.
  • And, finally, to torpedo any long-awaited peace deal with Russia.

Commentary

So, the invented story of the ‘drone case’ is a mere provocation engineered by Poland and NATO with ten far-reaching goals. These claims to attack the NATO state by Russia were unsupported by evidence and hyped up by the European party of war – actually to be renamed as ‘Coalition of the Unwilling’ – wishing not to stop that war. Such confrontational and provocative rhetoric over the intentionally crafted Ukraine armed crisis is creating dangerous spillover effects in Europe and outside it.

The 2022 Przewodow incident on Polish territory, in which two Poles were killed by a missile later acknowledged to have been launched by Ukraine. It was Ukrainian S-300 AAD missile.  Kiev and Warsaw many times have been seeking to drag NATO into war and a number of European leaders were once again using hysterical outbursts about Russian ‘aggression’ to justify NATO and Ukrainian unlimited militarization. NATO has already announced the launch of the “Eastern Sentry” operation to bolster hostile posture along the Eastern flank of the Alliance.

Vladimir Zelensky’s popularity rating and the level of confidence in him are plummeting, and continued combined Ukrainian/NATO real aggression against Russia is still used as a tool of political survival for the current Ukrainian authorities and for undermining overall security in Europe.

Unbiased experts still wonder: why Warsaw is spreading empty noise over that drone case, and at the same time it has sent more its mercenaries to Ukraine and even to Kursk Region of Russia than any other NATO nations? Why it dispatched its self-propelled Krab gun-howitzer to Ukraine that kills many Russian military men and civilians?

Writing on the wall as a caveat

Recent Russian MoD report on the progress of the Special Military Operation (SMO)  released on 13th September 2025 said that: “In total, since the beginning of the SMO that began to stop Ukrainian aggression against Donbass, 667 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 83,708 unmanned aerial vehicles, 628 anti-aircraft missile systems, 25,079 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,591 MLRS combat vehicles, 29,527 field artillery guns and mortars, and 41,677 units of support military vehicles have been neutralized”.
