ISSUES OF EXECUTION OF A COURT’S RULING BY A KEEPER OF THE SHAREHOLDERS REGISTER

The paper dwells upon topical issues concerning fixation of transfer of rights to nondocumentary securities by making entries in the shareholders register. The author analyzes two issues: 1) who has the right to submit to the register keeper documents for making entries in the register; 2) what are these documents supposed to be? Specific recommendations for register keepers based on close examination of the latest legal acts regulating the securities market are provided.
