THE COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE PRIVATIZATION IN RUSSIA AND THE BALTIC STATES

This article reflects the process of privatization in the Baltic countries, such as - Estonia,Latvia, Lithuania and the similar process in the Russian Federation. The process of privatization in the Baltic countries passed much more slowly then in Russia and, at that, it was clear and under control, while in Russia this process was speeded up, in spite of unfavorable economic and politic situation, as well as, absence of essential legislative base. Attitude toward the privatization is multiple-valued, there were many both economic and legal barriers on the way of reforms, and not every country was ready to overcome such barriers. The results of the privatization in all these countries are unequal, and the question of the result's revision occasionally arises.
