Представительства МИД России на территории Российской Федерации.

В статье рассматривается роль и место субъектов Российской Федерации в развитии международных и внешнеэкономических связей страны, их правовая основа. Представлена система координации внешних связей субъектов Российской Федерации на федеральном и региональном уровнях. Параллельно анализируется  статус, задачи и функции представительств, правовое положение дипломатических сотрудников представительств.

THE MISSIONS OF THE MFA OF RUSSIA IN THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

The paper examines the role and the place of the entities of the Russian Federation in the development of international and foreign economic relations of the Russian Federation, their legal foundation. The system of coordination of external relations of the entities of the Russian Federation at the federal and regional level is shown. The status, tasks and functions of missions, the status of diplomatic employees are analyzed.
