THE NOTION OF FREEDOM OF CREATIVITY IN THE LAW
In accordance with the Article 44 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation everyone shall be guaranteed the freedom of literary, artistic, scientific, technical and other types of creative activity, and teaching. This article is devoted to analysis of the problems of implementation of the freedom of literary, artistic, scientific, technical and other types of creative activity in our country.
