COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS IN LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES.
This research paper is focused on the principal features of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Latin American countries and on the legal nature of this institute. The author lays particular emphasis upon the formation procedure of this institutional body in Latin America and particularizes its basic competence as well as responsibility before the legislative authority of the State.
