Государственное регулирование и экономическая эффективность.

В данной статье автор проводит анализ эффективности государственного регулирования и его влияния на экономические результаты, исследуя не традиционные инструменты экономической политики налоговобюджетную и кредитно-денежную политику, а рассматривает правовое регулирование как один из важнейших механизмов, определяющих эффективность экономической системы.
STATE REGULATION AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
The article deals with some problems of state regulation and economic efficiency. The author is conducting the economic analysis of legal rule making and of the mechanism of law enforcement as the factor of economic development. The author proposes two models of development: efficient and un-efficient for two types of systems. In those countries which practices the efficient model, state regulation is aimed at creating economic agents stimuli, on the contrary, sticking to the un-efficient one results in punishment strengthening. Based on the theoretical analysis the practical institutional development recommendations for different economiesmaybe offered.
