PUBLIC CONTROL AS AN AUTHORITY LIMITATION FACTOR
Authority control problem is of current importance. To form a public control system exercised by the civil society institutes is crucial under democracy. Parliament and Public Chamber play a special role in authorities' activities control. Legal Institutes of citizens appeal, nationwide discussion on bills, referendum are analyzed as used here.
