THE ISSUES OF OVERHAULING MILITARY TRAINING IN THE UNIVERSITIES OF RUSSIA

The paper deals with the topical issues of overhauling the state power bodies and agencies ensuring the national security of Russia, in particular the system of military training in the universities one of the most important ways of training human resources for the national defence and security. The author briefly analyzes this specific system which is based on military training departments. The latter provide reserve officer training around civil profession instruction. The paper emphasizes that science-based tools of innovation change, principles of overhauling founded on the inferences of management sociology are needed to improve the existing system of military training in the universities of Russia,, to raise the level of professional preparedness of human resources for the national defence and security.
