Избирательные споры и порядок их рассмотрения в странах северной Европы.

Настоящая статья посвящена особенностям рассмотрения избирательных споров в странах Северной Европы. В ней рассматриваются основания для возникновения избирательных споров, органы, правомочные разрешать подобные споры, а также непосредственно процедура их рассмотрения в указанных странах. Автор выявляет различия в институте избирательных споров пяти североевропейских стран. Статья подготовлена на основе анализа действующего нормативного материала стран указанного региона.

ELECTORAL  DISPUTES  AND  THEIR  CONSIDERATION  IN  THE  NORDIC  COUNTRIES.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of electoral disputes’ consideration in the Nordic countries. The article describes the grounds for electoral disputes’ emergence, bodies which are responsible for consideration of such kind of disputes as well as the procedure of their consideration in the above mentioned countries. The author highlights differences which exist in the institute of electoral disputes in five Nordic countries. The article is prepared on the basis of analysis of the valid legislation of the Nordic countries.
