К вопросу о мирополитических составляющих кризиса в Ливии.

В статье рассматривается влияние внешних факторов на эскалацию кон-фликта в Ливии с позиций неореализма и концепции секьюритизации.
Именно международная ситуация и внешнее влияние спровоцировали вну-триполитический кризис в Ливии.
При этом, по мнению автора, данное утверждение верно и в отношении ряда других внутренних конфликтов, в том числе в Афганистане и Ираке, что обуславливает актуальность выбранной темы, так как данная тенден-ция имеет тенденцию к многократному повторению в будущем и угрожает системе суверенных государств. Кризис в Ливии, в очередной раз продемон-стрировал, что абсолютизация военной силы не устраняет политических проблем, а, напротив, отодвигает их решение по времени. Практически вез-де, где США и НАТО применяют военную силу, проблемы, а именно развал государственности, политический хаос в стране и увеличение жертв среди мирного населения, не решаются, а обостряются.

ON THE WORLD POLITICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE CRISIS IN LIBYA.
The article explores the impact of external factors on the Libyan crisis’ escalation from the viewpoint of neo-realism and the concept of securitization.
This international situation and external influences provoked the political crisis in Libya.
According to the author's opinion this statement is relevant to a number of other internal conflicts, including the crises in Afghanistan and Iraq. That is the reason which determines the topicality of the chosen topic. Those situations tend to be repeated in the future and destroy the system of sovereign states. The crisis in Libya has once again demonstrated that absolute reliance on military force does not resolve political problems, but on the contrary postpones their solutions.
Practically everywhere, where the US and NATO use military force, such issues as the collapse of a state, political chaos in a country and increased number of civilian casualties are not resolved but are getting aggravated.
