Legal issues of improving budget relations in the Russian Federation at the present stage are analyzed in the context of financial law.
The author considers the development of the legal basis of the budget system, and its overhauling as well as the formation of legislation on budget relations, the state of legal regulation of budget relations and issues existing in this field.
