THE INTER-BUDGET RELATIONS IN RUSSIA AT THE MODERN STAGE: THE WAYS TO INCREASE THEIR EFFICIENCY

Over the past few years the fundamental changes have taken place in the financial relationship of the budgets of different levels based on the strengthened budget federalism, the improved budget discipline, the transparency and the stability in distributing financial resources. The paper analyses in what way these changes contribute to raising the efficiency of the inter-budget relations.
