CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GOVERNMENTS, MINISTERS AND OTHER OFFICIALS IN THE NORDIC COUNTRIES

The paper “Constitutional responsibility of the Governments, ministers and other officials in the Nordic countries” is devoted to one of the main Constitutional Law's institutions. While all of the countries in North Europe have declared and established parliamentary form of governing the importance of this institution is quite obvious. The paper contains the analysis of two types of constitutional responsibility, namely, juridical and political. It provides with the analysis of specifics of the constitutional regulation of responsibility of governments, ministers and other official persons in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Finland. It stipulates the legal basis for such responsibility and procedure for its' using. The paper is also intended to research the practice of making Nordic governments and ministers answer for their activity and todescribe real cases related to this.
