THE ORGANIZATION FOR COOPERATION AND SECURITY IN EUROPE: PROSPECTS OF OVERHAULING

The paper deals with the issues of the overhauling of the OSCE. The paper dwells upon the necessity of reform in the OSCE from the point of view of Russia and Western democracies, its essence and major directions. The author suggests his opinions of possible implications of different reform models.
